Telstra has announced that the long awaited Android based HTC Desire will be avaliable to the public from today 21/04/2010, which is one week ahead of their launch date of the 27th of April.
When Telstra announced the launch, they allowed users to register their interest. Due to the huge amount of interest, the HTC Desire has been released to the market a week earlier at three different stores across Australia.
Melbourne (Bourke St)
Sydney (George St)
Perth (Hay St)
The HTC Desire is available outright for $779. HTC Desire is also available on a range of plans including for $0 on Telstra's 24mth $60 consumer Phone Plan, or $0 upfront on a $85 24mth Ultimate Phone Plan.
The Desire will be available across all stores on the original launch date of the 27th of April 2010.
