G-smart GSM Alarm Transmitter and Receiver

g-smart is a GSM-based SMS transmitter/receiver control system. It is a simple yet powerful communications module for a GSM network. It uses a dual-band Siemens TC35 GSM module to receive secure commands and messages.

g-smart can be utilised as the heart of your home automation system, with 2 on-board relays (expandable to 8) it can easily can easily connect to eight different pieces of equipment such as the air conditioner, central heating system, electrical main gates and electrical windows. g-smart has been designed with the focus on comfort efficiency and flexibility in mind. All configuration settings are stored in the g-smart and are not lost in case of a power loss.

g-smart can keep up to four different sensors under surveillance - sensors such as magnetic connectors (doors and windows), motion detectors or failure signals from air conditioners or pumps. In case any one breaks in the house or the AC fails, the unit sends an SMS alarm message or an email to a PC. Unlike ordinary radio frequency systems, g-smart ensures that only authorised users can access the system by using Caller ID facility and password for SMS commands

g-smart application areas:

Alarm System for automobiles, trucks, construction machinery and containers. Also for caravans, mobile homes or temporary abode such as a holiday homes.

Device Monitoring for vending machines (malfunction warnings, stock warnings), for refrigeration systems (temperature control), for pumps (power failure) or any other kind of device or machine imaginable.

Remote Control for example watering, heating or lighting in a glass house. For video surveillance, sirens or any household appliance (washing machines, lighting, heating, etc).
