SMD Soldering Iron

Using a conventional soldering iron for surface mount components can be slow and clumsy. These suface mount soldering tweezers will allow easy soldering and desoldering of all surface mount components from small resistors to large 'flat pack' IC's. With tips available from 2mm to 20mm, it is truly a versatile tool. The iron itself is mains powered, and rated at 40watts. It heats up in just minutes and features rapid heat recovery. It has a 1.8m mains lead and is supplied with 2 x 2mm tips and a metal stand with sponge. Fully electrically safety approved.
